This page will include information on scheduled and/or actual treatment of the lake with chemicals to control the infestation. We will attempt to be as accurate as possible and include all treatments. Our service provider, Estate Management Services, Inc (www.ponds.org) is a licensed and insured aquatics contracting and land management company based in Brunswick, GA. Please note however that while we will attempt to be careful and as accurate as possible there is always the potential that some treatments will not be listed. The Committee accepts no liability for damage to any lawns or property, either actual or implied, based on this lake treatment. EMS, Inc. recommends that watering of shrubs, plants and lawns using water drawn from the lake NOT BE DONE FOR 7 days following a treatment.

Individuals living on the lake and drawing water from it are encouraged to send an email address and telephone number to Jim Fraser jhfras@gmail.com (912) 399-5318. A group email will be developed to send notifications whenever treatment is scheduled. Without your email address and telephone number this service simply cannot be provided. Our intent is to provide as many safeguards as possible to decrease even the potential for any damage.

• The lake was treated monthly during 2015

• We presently do not have the funds to continue scheduled treatments during 2016. Additional funds are being solicited.

• This year's treatments have been very effective and all major weed issues have subsided- it is fully expected the weeds will return if you we do not continue to treat as appropriately.

• If we are able to solicit the amount of monies required we will again treat the lake and place the proposed and actual treatment dates on this site.
